Digital Marketing Intern
(remote or hybrid; full-time)
TrendMiner, a Software AG company, delivers self-service data analytics to optimize process performance in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, metals & mining and other process manufacturing industries. TrendMiner software is based on a high-performance analytics engine for time-series data that allows users to question data directly, without the support of data scientists. Search, diagnostic and predictive capabilities enable users to speed up root cause analysis, define optimal processes and configure early warnings to monitor production.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing department. You will work closely with experienced team members and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing intern, you will assist the team with all operational activities related to increasing brand recognition and prospect engagement within our target markets and among our target audience(s), including:
- Help improve our company website (including all images, tools, and content) to increase conversion and support our visitors in their online buyer journey
- Help operationalize our digital marketing calendar by creating social posts, support paid campaigns and SEO optimization
- Support global integrated campaigns in cooperation with our digital marketing specialist and marketing campaign manager
- Track and assess behavior through dashboards, metrics, feedback and surveys
- Develop plans to increase conversion, lead generation and shorten sales cycles
Profile
- Fluent in English
- Residency must be in one of our legal subsidiary countries (more here)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Some experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
- Some knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing is a plus
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Creative Suite Tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for work optimization is a plus
- Interested in people, marketing and business growth
- Motivated team player
- Proactive, flexible, hands-on personality
- Able to work autonomously
