Digitalization tools such as AI and machine learning help to integrate real-time and historical plant data to provide guidance that helps in reduction in downtime, enhancement of safety and reliability, and reduction in overall material and energy consumption.

The Fertilizer Association of India (FAI) was incorporated in 1955 and includes all major fertilizer plants in Public, Private and Cooperative sectors. The organization carries out studies related to downtime in ammonia and urea plants, safety survey for fertilizer plants, energy and environment performance and benchmarking of process parameters in ammonia and urea plants. Activities involve representing the issues of fertilizer industry on issues related to pricing, production, agriculture, distribution and marketing, energy, environment and safety. The FAI also acts as repository of statistics related to production, consumption & import of fertilizers, raw materials, intermediates, agriculture commodities of India and world.
Having studied Masters in Chemical Engineering, Ruchika brings a strong technical background to the team in order to understand the needs of our customers.
