Total recently announced that they are rolling out TrendMiner software throughout their Refining & Chemicals (R&C) division. TrendMiner was selected because of the software’s potential to increase productivity and plant availability – but what does that mean in reality?

In this video of the live presentation at an OSIsoft User Conference, Fabrice Leclercq of Total R&C goes into the details, showing how Total uses TrendMiner software to:

  1. Improve overall equipment effectiveness at Total R&C
  2. Collect, analyze and interpret historian data
  3. Predict performance based on historical similar situations
  4. Give the power of the data to the people who can interpret it
  5. Contribute to Total’s digital roadmap
